Count two stages, not one
Dispatch is when the order leaves us. Delivery is when the carrier brings it to you. If you are planning a planting day, leave room for both stages. The dispatch window describes preparation time; it is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Check the order before paying
- Confirm the bag size and quantity match your intended application.
- Check the address and whether it is within the contiguous 48 states or Washington, D.C.
- Read the shipping charge for the whole order, especially if it contains a 10 lb bag.
- Review the final total, shipping details and your planting deadline.
If plans change
Contact hello@soilyco.com with the order number for an address correction or cancellation question. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot dispatch within the promised window, our published policy explains delay notification, revised timing and cancellation/refund rights. Keep your confirmation and tracking details so that the order is easy to follow.
