Shipping policy

Orders dispatch in 3–5 business days from Gretna, Nebraska. We email tracking when your parcel ships. Carrier transit time is additional; any carrier estimate begins after dispatch.

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international destinations. Free Standard shipping applies to orders containing only 2.5 lb and/or 5 lb bags in our delivery area. Other shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised window, we will notify you of the delay, provide revised timing, and explain your right to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain consent to a delay where required and promptly refund orders we cannot fulfill as required by applicable rules. Orders placed before the active-sale launch retain the dispatch terms stated in their order confirmation.

For an address correction, cancellation request or order question, contact hello@soilyco.com. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact hello@soilyco.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. See our Returns and Refunds policy for the process.
