Refund policy

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@soilyco.com with your order number. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct destination and instructions.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded where permitted. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly; the unopened-item condition does not prevent you from reporting that problem. For a verified problem, Soily covers reasonable correction costs and provides an appropriate replacement or refund, including a return label if a return is needed.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the return, or approval of a refund that does not require a return. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
