These terms apply to shopping with Soily Co. at soilyco.com. Please review the product information and your order details before placing an order.

Orders and prices

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when ordering. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Your checkout shows the products, applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes before payment. Promotions apply according to the conditions displayed with the offer. Later price or promotion changes do not change a completed order.

For an order question, cancellation request or address correction, email hello@soilyco.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Product information and use

Our worm castings blend combines vermicompost and biochar. Review the product page and application guidance to choose the appropriate bag and use the blend as directed. Results depend on factors including the plants, growing medium, application and growing conditions.

Shipping

Delivery areas, dispatch timing, shipping charges and the process for delayed or damaged shipments are described in our Shipping Policy. Dispatch time and carrier transit time are separate. Orders placed before the active-sale launch retain the dispatch terms stated in their order confirmation.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for return eligibility, instructions, costs and refund timing. Please contact us before sending a return. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent information.

Updates and contact
